1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accepted.

1.2 Cancellation by Guru Nanak Associates:

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

• Due to the digital nature of our recorded video sessions, refunds are only available if requested within 2 hours of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
• Please Note: If you have accessed or viewed any part of our course or program content, we will not be able to issue a refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds will not be issued for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed beyond the 2-hour window.
• Services that have already been rendered and customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

2.3 Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@gurunanakassociates.in with your order details and the reason for the refund request within 2 hours of purchase.
• Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
